Free delivery for orders of HK$200 or above. If the customer cancels the order and requests a refund, the company will deduct 10% as a handling fee. No order modification or cancellation will be accepted after the order is placed. Please do not refuse to accept the goods once they have been dispatched. Delivery notification and delivery arrangements will be the responsibility of the courier company.
If you find any product problems (such as product defects or inconsistent quantities), please take photos and contact customer service on the day of receipt. If additional charges are incurred due to the customer's refusal to accept the product or failure to collect it within the specified period, the costs will be borne by the customer. If the product has any quality problems, you can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.
The request for exchange must be accompanied by the order number and valid receipt, and the product must be returned to the repair center within 3 days, otherwise it will be deemed invalid. Returns not accepted
Items are returned without reason (e.g. unwanted or wrong purchase).
The product has been used or damaged.
Slight deformation or wear of the transport packaging (does not affect the use of the product).
Color deviation caused by screen display or shooting environment.
